This Age Verification & Alcohol Compliance Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases and access to products sold through the Platform operated by LIMITLESS COMPANY EOOD, UIC 207395121 (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our Platform, you agree to the conditions set forth below.

*Age verification is conducted solely to comply with international regulations regarding sealed collectible alcoholic assets. Apostaxi™ does not sell alcohol for immediate consumption, but only collectible sealed bottles as investment or display items.*
*Apostaxi™ operates as a marketplace for sealed collectible alcohol assets. Products are not marketed or sold as beverages for consumption under food/drink retail regulations. Their status as collectible assets remains unchanged regardless of whether the buyer chooses to open them.*

 

 

1. Legal Age Requirement

 


1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to browse, purchase or receive alcoholic products from this Platform.


1.2. Completion of a purchase constitutes a declaration that the customer:

 

  • is at least 18 years of age, and

  • has the legal right to purchase alcohol in their country of residence.

 


1.3. If the legal drinking age in the buyer’s jurisdiction is higher than 18, the buyer must comply with their local regulation.

 

 

 

2. Age Verification Procedures

 


2.1. The Company may request age verification at any stage, including before checkout, prior to shipping, or at delivery.


2.2. Verification may include:

 

  • ID document request (passport, ID card or driving license),

  • signature request upon delivery,

  • courier check according to local law.

 


2.3. Failure or refusal to verify age when requested results in order cancellation. See Section 4 for refunds.

 

 

 

3. Delivery Controls

 


3.1. Some deliveries may be restricted if carriers cannot legally deliver alcohol without age validation.


3.2. Couriers may require the recipient’s signature and presentation of a valid ID.


3.3. If ID cannot be provided at delivery, the shipment may be returned, and the customer is liable for return costs (see Section 4).

 

 

 

4. Orders by Minors / Refund Terms

 


4.1. If an order is placed by a minor or by someone who refuses age verification:

 

  • the order will be cancelled, and

  • a refund will be issued minus payment processing fees and any shipping/return charges.

 


4.2. The Company is not responsible for third-party payment card misuse by minors.

 

 

 

5. Consumption Liability Disclaimer

 


5.1. Products sold on this Platform are collectible sealed alcoholic goods, and may be purchased for investment, storage, or private collection.


5.2. Any decision to consume the contents of a collectible bottle is entirely at the buyer’s discretion and risk.


5.3. The Company shall not be liable for:

 

  • health effects,

  • flavour defects,

  • cork deterioration,

  • spoilage,

  • allergic reactions,

  • or damages resulting from consumption.

 

 

 

 

6. Legal Compliance

 


6.1. The Company operates under Bulgarian law and applicable EU regulations regarding the sale of alcohol to adults.


6.2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with local laws regarding alcohol importation and possession.

 

 

 

7. Governing Law

 


Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be governed exclusively by Bulgarian law and resolved under Bulgarian jurisdiction.
